Barbican Wildlife Garden, Fann Street
The GardenA green gem in the Square Mile, the Barbican Wildlife Garden is devoted to the enhancement of biodiversity. More than 300 species of wildlife have been recorded, including the lesser stag beetle and house sparrow. Garden features include two ponds, a meadow, an orchard, a bird hide and woodland edge habitat. Awards include the RHS and London in Bloom Level 5 Outstanding 'It's Your Neighbourhood Award' for the fourth year running in 2021, plus the RHS National Certificate of Distinction. The garden is also a Grade II Site of Borough Importance for Nature Conservation.
