Booking for London Open Gardens 2025 is now open

London Open Gardens is our annual event when normally closed or hidden green spaces open their gates to our supporters. Discover rooftop gems, community spaces and historic walled enclosures. We also offer walks and special access opportunities to meet some of the people managing green space for nature, climate and people.

Spaces matter. Each has its own special qualities and values reflecting the events and people who have shaped London and our society through time and into the future.

A host of exciting new gardens will be open to ticket holders during the weekend, including two rooftop gardens with spectacular views across London, joining the weekend for the first time.

Alongside new precious green spaces opening their gates, there are 100+ returning gardens including visitor favourites such as Charterhouse and 25 Cannon Street, along with a programme of bookable guided walks and cycle tours.

Supporting our mission

In 2025, London Open Gardens will make a clear link with the challenges London’s green spaces face, such as budget cuts and climate change. But the weekend will also be showcasing the amazing solutions and hard work communities invest in them. It’s a story of hope over adversity, which the team would love to turn into a model others can follow, resulting in a better London for all. Read more about our mission.

All proceeds from around 40,000 garden visits made by ticket holders each year support LPG’s work to cherish and protect city green spaces. A percentage of profits are shared with participating community gardens.
