How many tickets can I buy for an event?
You will need to buy one ticket per device. Links can only be used on a single device. You can buy more than one ticket but you will need to be careful to only share the link once for use on someone else’s device.
I want to buy a ticket for a friend as a gift – how do I do it?
You will need to buy them a ticket – when you receive the email confirmation it has a gifting option. Press the gifting option and give the email address of your chosen recipient. You’ll also have the opportunity to put a special personalised message in to mark a particular occasion then press send. The Gift ticket with the relevant token will be in their inbox. If you are buying a ticket as a gift, only the gift recipient will be able to view the event. Sharing the same link multiple times will result in the link no longer working.
How can I find out what’s in the programme?
Look out for our announcements on our website londongardenstrust.org and sign up for our bulletins. Please note that because it is a live show the programming is subject to changes at the last minute.
I’m not too technically savvy – will it be easy to join the live event?
Yes, the platform is very user-friendly. All you need to do is click on the link in the confirmation email (using a tablet, laptop or PC – the viewing experience would not be optimal on a phone) and you will be able to join the live event. We will also have additional technical support on hand during the day of the virtual event to help you with any questions or issues that arise.
I can’t attend the live event, but I’m interested in seeing it at a later date. Is this possible?
Yes! After the event has taken place, we will send you a link to the recording so you can watch it at a later date at your convenience. The recording will be available to access for at least a month after the live show.
Can I watch the event again?
Yes, once you have purchased the link, you can watch again for at least a month after the event. You will also be able to purchase the link after the event to pass on to family and friends if you think they would enjoy it.
What are the booking fees or hidden charges?
What you see at checkout is what you pay. There are no hidden costs and no booking fee.
My transaction was declined/unsuccessful.

How do I get a refund?
London Gardens Trust and all promoter’s standard policy is that we are unable to offer refunds for ticket purchases unless the event is cancelled.
This is outlined in our terms and conditions during purchase and is an industry-wide standard. Please ensure during your purchase that you are buying the correct number of tickets for the correct event.

What can I expect to receive after I purchase my ticket?
After purchasing your ticket(s) through Eventcube, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the event, which will not go live until the event takes place. You will also receive an email a week before the event and on the day of the event in case you misplace your original email.
You are selling donor tickets – what are these for?
The Trust takes its charitable purposes to heart and wants to open up London’s beautiful green spaces to people who can’t get to parks and gardens and to horticultural apprentices. The Trust is contacting a variety of charities that work with disadvantaged audiences or horticultural apprentices to give tickets to the event. This is part of our contribution to the pandemic recovery.
