The Garden
The Garden at 120 is located atop the Fen Court building at 120 Fenchurch Street.
At 15 storeys up, The Garden at 120 offers exceptional 360-degree views of the City and greater London. Dedicated public lifts lead directly to the garden, which is an oasis in the heart of the City. Designed by German landscape architects Latz + Partner, it is home to 85 Italian wisteria trees, over 30 fruit trees, relaxed seating and a 200ft-long flowing water feature.
The predominant design elements of the roof garden are the topography of the gently folded floor and water feature, the walls with climbers and planting beds that enclose the plant facilities, and the Wisteria ‘Trees’ growing on the steel pergola canopies folding across the roof garden at high level. The continuous walk around the perimeter offers vistas in all four directions across the London skyline.
This beautiful garden is a stunning exemplar of the green corridor created on the rooftops in the Square Mile, which provides a rich habitat for birds, insects and wildlife.
