A small but perfectly formed wildlife and food-growing community garden built by boat dwellers and the local community. The garden has been grown to encourage visitors such as bees, butterflies and other wildlife including like-minded people.
Pizza-making and cooking will take place in the garden using the outdoor clay oven - ingredients will be supplied and donations are welcome! Tea and coffee and homemade cake will be available in the Canal Club Community Centre.
Come and meet the local community and the gardeners who live on boats.

Celebrated 15 award-winning years as a resident-run community food garden in 2024. A beautiful jewel in the heart of a council estate, managed and cared for entirely by volunteers.
The inspiration for the set of EastEnders, this garden has retained its original Victorian layout and has been lovingly restored and maintained by local residents.
Community-created and run garden on land leased to the community by TfL. A space of calm, peace and recreation of benefit for plants, wildlife and local people. Free workshops led by local gardeners on each day.
