About the garden

This garden is only open to ballot winners who then book a Battersea Roof Gardens entry ticket for an allotted garden entry time.

Joining London Open Gardens for the first time, Battersea Roof Gardens is one of London’s largest residential roof gardens, spanning 29,000ft2 and planted with 23,000 plants and 55 trees. The rooftop garden offers inspiring views of the adjacent Grade II* listed power station and the London skyline, and follows the unique undulations of the Foster + Partners designed building on which it sits.

Ticketholders selected from the ballot after the closing date will be contacted and offered the chance to choose their garden entry time slot on Saturday 7 or Sunday 8 June, subject to availability on a first come first served basis. If you are a ballot winner and are offered the chance to book a garden entry ticket, you must book that ticket and present it to gain entry, along with your valid London Open Gardens 2025 weekend ticket.

Entry will be on the hour from 10am to 4pm (last entry at 4pm – closing at 5pm) on Saturday and Sunday. 50 places are available at each entry time. Guests can enjoy the garden for a maximum of one hour.
